What we collect

Nothing from your voice sessions.

• Audio is processed locally on your device
• Audio is immediately discarded after processing
• No transcriptions — we don't convert speech to text
• No recordings — nothing is saved or stored

What we store locally

The following is stored only on your device:

• Your display name (optional)
• Your character preference
• App settings

We never see or access this data. There is no cloud sync, no accounts, no server storage.

Third-party services

RevenueCat — For managing in-app purchases only. No personal data is shared except anonymous purchase status.

That's it. We do not use any audio processing services. Your voice stays on your device.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any personal data. Ever.

Sessions are ephemeral

Close the app and it's gone. We have no record of your conversations because they never leave your device.

Children's privacy

Spiral Buddy is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Since we don't collect data, there's nothing to request, delete, or export. Your sessions exist only in the moment, then they're gone.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
